The three-bedroom apartment was very clean and spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped for family meals. Comfy beds ensured good rest after lovely walks nearby, while the kids were delighted to watch rabbits from the window. it would have been better if soap was provided in the bathroom, and we noticed some mats by the door were a bit slippery, posing a minor inconvenience.

Check-in process was confusing and poorly communicated. I had trouble finding help when needed, which was frustrating. the slippery mats posed a danger by the door, making it difficult to navigate the space safely.

We had an awesome stay, and the kids loved watching rabbits from their bedroom window while we enjoyed the sound of the sea. The kitchen was well equipped for family meals, and the spacious two-bedroom apartment suited us just perfectly.

My kids wished there were some coat hooks for hanging jackets.

the apartment was clean and spacious, we loved the location just a few mins from the train station. kitchen had all we needed, even a washing machine! beds were comfy and the shower was always hot. kids really enjoyed watchin the rabbits from their window and we could even hear the sea. great wifi and tv, everything worked well!

stayed in a spacious apartment with a stunning view. the kids loved the nature outside, perfect for little explorers. it’s super close to the train station and just a stroll away from some lovely walks and the beach. red rock is a real gem!

Perfect family getaway!

We had a blast! The apartment was spacious, and the kids were obsessed with the bunnies outside. Plus, the kitchen was super convenient for quick meals after a day out. wish the bathroom had some soap ready when we arrived—it was just a tiny thing, really! tho, a fab spot to chill by the sea.

the bathroom could've used some hooks for towels (a bit cramped). the spacious kitchen had all necessary supplies, comfy beds ensured a restful sleep, and the sea view was just fantastic!

Exceeded expectations

Just a great fit for a hurried visit in Dawlish with very good value for money. The spacious kitchen was really convenient, allowing us to whip up quick meals. Remember to check if they have non-slip mats by the door.
